Statement
My paintings are a build-up of acrylic paint. The first stage is a detailed composition in charcoal and acrylic which will later be obscured with many layers of paint and textured medium. I work with a variety of tools to apply paint. An important part of the process is to be open and embrace the unexpected accidents.
